Why am I hearing a delay on the stream versus what I hear on my radio? There's a slight delay for our online server to process and encode the audio for streaming.
Why am I hearing different commercials on the stream versus what I hear on my radio?Due to some union contracts and rules, we are unable to play certain commercials on the Internet. The difficulty of trying to isolate just those commercials on the Internet has made most radio stations nationwide to simply play completely different commercials on the Internet.
Sometimes the audio cuts out while I'm listening. We've done everything we can to minimize this, but it is a product of the Internet and may not ever fully be solved. The dropouts occur when there is low bandwidth available for the stream. This can be caused if you have alot of traffic on your network connection at work, if you're using other programs on your computer that may heavily use up your computer resources. It could happen on our end as well if our connection to provide the stream gets interrupted. If you experience long periods of audio loss, please let us know.
Why doesn't the player show the song titles during The Answer Radio Show or Sunday Night Chill Out?Those specialty shows doesn't run through our main computer system for us to get the song titles.
